Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students aged 6 to 13 years. Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with curriculum objectives and educational standards. Incorporate various teaching methodologies, activities, and resources to enhance students' language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language proficiency and achieve academic success. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administrators to support students' holistic development and address any concerns or challenges. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child's academic performance. Stay updated on current trends, best practices, and innovations in English language teaching and integrate them into instructional practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. Previous experience teaching English language and literature to elementary or middle school students preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with young learners effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver lessons efficiently and meet deadlines. Enthusiasm for working with children and a genuine passion for education and language learning. Ability to adapt teaching strategies and approaches to meet the diverse needs of students and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
