Job Opportunity: Rural Youth Career Facilitators

Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to rural youth in exploring career options.
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs and interests of the students.

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program effectiveness and student outcomes.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by rural communities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students towards their career goals.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational setting.
