Company Description Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) aims to provide disadvantaged youth in India with pathways to professional jobs through a free one-year intensive coaching program. The curriculum covers English, non-cognitive skills, digital skills, and lifelong learning techniques using a mix of tech, peer interaction, and lecture-based learning. FEA operates over 1,000 branches in 10 northern states of India, reaching more than 60,000 students. The programs are tailored for both urban and rural youth, helping them build productive mindsets, ethical values, and essential employability skills. FEA equips students to continually adapt to changes in the workforce. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher located in Gwalior Tehsil. The Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, delivering instructional sessions, evaluating student progress, and maintaining a conducive learning environment. Utilizing both traditional and digital learning tools to enhance the educational experience.
