English Language Skills Coordinator

Spell Well India is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled English Language Expert to join our team for the national-level spelling competition. As the English Language Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth conduct of the competition and enhancing the linguistic skills of students across grades LKG to 10th. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting Question Papers: Develop engaging and challenging question papers tailored to students' grade levels from LKG to 10th, adhering to the competition's standards and objectives.
• Answer Sheet Evaluation: Diligently evaluate answer sheets submitted by participating students, providing constructive feedback and ensuring fair assessment.
• Student Guidance: Offer guidance and support to students on effective preparation strategies for the competition, fostering their enthusiasm for language learning and spelling proficiency.
• School Coordinator Assistance: Assist school coordinators in navigating the registration process and organizing the competition within their respective schools, offering necessary guidance and support.
• Preparatory Material Enhancement: Continuously upgrade preparatory materials and resources to equip students with comprehensive study materials and practice tools.
• Workshop Design and Facilitation: Develop workshops tailored for school teachers, equipping them with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the Spell Well India portal and assist students in achieving top scores.
• Online Training: Conduct online training workshops for school students, employing interactive teaching methodologies to enhance their spelling abilities and confidence.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in English language skills, including spelling, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Experience in curriculum development, assessment, or educational training preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, teachers, and school coordinators.
• Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms is advantageous.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
