About Us:
Words Worth English Language Lab, is a pioneer in providing technology-enabled English and communication skills training across India. We are currently executing large-scale government projects in schools, enabling learners to achieve international CEFR-aligned proficiency.

Role Overview:
The Executive – Training & Support will be responsible for delivering English communication skills training using the Words Worth digital platform, training teachers on the effective use of the language lab software, and ensuring smooth implementation of the program at assigned institutes in Jharkhand.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct English communication skills training sessions using Words Worth digital content

· Train school teachers on the effective use of the Words Worth Language Lab software

· Provide on-site and remote technical/academic support for the Language Lab software

· Coordinate with institute principals and state officials for program execution

· Travel to assigned locations within Jharkhand as per the training schedule

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Education, or related field)

· Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

· Familiarity with CEFR levels (A1 to C1) preferred

· Prior experience in teaching/training, especially in English communication, is desirable

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online apps)

· Willingness to travel extensively within the state

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple training batches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
