English Language and Montessori Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Trainer to be a part of our team. As an English Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing English language training programs to enhance learners" proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. This role is well-suited for individuals who are dedicated to language education and the success of learners. The position is based in Madurai and requires a willingness to travel. Candidates with a relevant Master's degree or any degree along with relevant English training certification are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging English language training sessions for students/employees based on their proficiency level. - Develop customized lesson plans, training materials, and activities to cater to the specific needs of learners. - Focus on enhancing grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall communication skills. - Offer continuous feedback and assistance to learners to aid in their progress. - Evaluate students" language proficiency through tests, assignments, and assessments. - Utilize audio-visual aids, real-life scenarios, and interactive methodologies to enhance learning. - Maintain accurate training records and monitor the progress of learners. - Adapt teaching techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and proficiency levels. - Keep abreast of the latest teaching methodologies and language tools to ensure effective training delivery. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred). - Demonstrated experience as an English Trainer or Language Instructor. - Proficient in both spoken and written English. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to inspire and engage learners from various age groups and backgrounds. - Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools. Preferred Skills: - Experience in teaching business English or providing corporate training. - Capability to conduct IELTS/TOEFL/PTE preparation courses (if applicable). - Multilingual proficiency is advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The primary language of communication is English, and the work location is in person.
