English & GDPI Faculty

Jobsense Placement is looking for a skilled and dynamic English Faculty (GDPI Trainer) to train students preparing for placement opportunities. The trainer will be responsible for improving students’ communication skills, interview readiness, group discussion performance, and overall professional grooming.

Key Responsibilities:1. Communication & Language Training

• Conduct sessions on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary enhancement, and pronunciation.
• Prepare students for professional communication, email etiquette, and workplace English.

2. GDPI (Group Discussion & Personal Interview) Training

• Train students on GD techniques, participation skills, topic handling, and logical thinking.
• Conduct mock personal interviews and provide individual feedback.
• Help students in self-introduction, confidence-building, and body language improvement.

3. Personality Development

• Train students on grooming, attitude building, presentation skills, and professional behavior.
• Conduct sessions on soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, problem solving, and time management.

4. Placement-Oriented Training

• Prepare students for HR interviews, technical introduction, and situational questions.
• Help students frame answers for common and company-specific interview questions.
• Guide students in resume improvement where required.

5. Classroom Management & Reporting

• Maintain session attendance and training reports.
• Share performance observations and improvement areas with the placement team.
• Ensure discipline, engagement, and positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Strong command over English communication (spoken & written).
• Prior experience as an English Trainer / GDPI Trainer / Soft Skills Trainer preferred.
• Ability to conduct interactive, practical sessions.
• Confident personality with good presentation and mentoring skills.
• Flexible to take sessions on an hourly basis.

Compensation:

• Hourly basis payment (as per institute norms).
• Additional sessions or special workshops may be compensated separately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 – 3 per week
