Job Description:

Future Foundation is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time English Faculty to teach PU students (1st and 2nd PUC) under the State Board syllabus. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and a passion for mentoring students at the pre-university level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive and engaging English lessons to 1st and 2nd PUC students.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans based on the State Board curriculum.
• Evaluate and monitor student performance through tests, assignments, and feedback.
• Provide additional academic support to students needing help.
• Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment in the classroom.
• Coordinate with other faculty and management for curriculum planning and academic development.
• Participate in meetings, reviews, and training sessions as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Master's Degree in English (MA in English) – mandatory.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in teaching English, preferably at PU level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed with the State Board syllabus and academic expectations.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Willingness to work on Wednesdays and Fridays at the Jalahalli campus.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
