As a Teacher/Facilitator at Koodam, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Facilitate drama sessions for school students from Monday to Friday. - Conduct team meetings and collaborate on Saturdays outside of school. - Take notes on class observations of students and document daily facilitation activities. To excel in this role, you are expected to have a background in performing arts, education, or facilitation, coupled with strong English communication and classroom management skills. You should be energetic, empathetic, and creative, capable of making learning engaging and meaningful. Prior experience in drama or teaching is a strong advantage. Positions are currently available in Salem, Erode, and Trichy, with a willingness to relocate being welcomed.
