Drama Teacher (English)

You will be joining Koodam for Learning, a renowned Theater Education firm operating in multiple locations throughout Tamil Nadu, including Salem, Erode, and Trichy. At Koodam for Learning, we engage with over 2000 students enrolled in IGCSE and CBSC schools, offering a dynamic theater curriculum aimed at nurturing not just their artistic abilities but also fostering confidence, creativity, and empathy in them. As a Drama Facilitator at Koodam for Learning, your role will be on-site and full-time, based in Salem, Erode, and Tiruchirapalli. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and leading drama activities, moderating group discussions, coordinating performances, and providing constructive feedback to participants. Central to your role is the creation of a supportive and inclusive learning environment through drama-centered initiatives. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong command of the English language, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to tailor your approach to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences. A deep-rooted passion for drama education, coupled with prior experience working with children or young adults, will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in English, Drama, Theater Arts, Education, or a related field is required, along with a keen interest in other art forms such as dance and music. Any previous involvement in school or college performances is considered a plus.
