Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English content writer/office admin. The role involves engaging in day-to-day tasks such as,

• Content writing
• Course preparation IRO the 7 streams for the linguistic proficiency
• MCQ and question papers preparation and marking
• Conducting test and related matters
• Maintaining and gathering the course materials and office admin
• Front desk services for ART
• Telephonic services
• Training manuals for the team members for income tax courses
• Assisting Manager Region – 4, and Head of the Legal Department
• Any other jobs assigned time to time

Qualifications

• Ability to develop effective Content Strategies and conduct thorough Research
• Strong skills in Proofreading to ensure accuracy and quality of content
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Previous experience in administrative or office roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or relevant field
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
