Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate English Communication Trainer who can help students build confidence in speaking English fluently and effectively. The trainer will not only focus on improving language skills but also nurture a growth-oriented, startup-ready mindset among learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging sessions on English communication, focusing on fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and confidence building.
• Create interactive learning experiences that encourage students to speak confidently in group discussions, presentations, and interviews.
• Help students overcome stage fear and hesitation while communicating in English.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to align with startup culture and workplace communication.
• Evaluate students’ progress and provide personalized feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Mentor students to think creatively, communicate effectively, and express ideas clearly in professional settings.
• Organize mock interviews, debate sessions, and communication activities to simulate real-world challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an English trainer, communication coach, or soft skills trainer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong motivational and mentoring abilities.
• Familiarity with startup culture and enthusiasm for nurturing a growth mindset.
• Ability to inspire and engage young learners to become confident communicators.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
