What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle customer queries via voice calls / live chat or emails from international clients
• Use your excellent English (spoken & written) to deliver clarity, empathy, and resolution
• Follow SOPs and guidelines to maintain high quality & response standards
• Meet metrics like CSAT (customer satisfaction), resolution time, quality scores
• Collaborate with QA, team leads for feedback, continuous improvement

Who We Want

• Undergraduates or Graduates (any stream) — freshers absolutely welcome
• Excellent English communication skills (clear speaking & writing)
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including nights
• Willing to relocate to Jaipur (company covers relocation bonus + hotel stay)
• Basic computer skills — good typing speed, handling chat / email tools
• Previous BPO / Customer Support / Chat / Email experience is a plus, but NOT required
