MOTM is a fast-growing 120+ member organization helping engineering and B2B firms scale their revenue with our unique Revenue-as-a-Service model. We are now expanding internationally and looking for ambitious Business Development professionals who can help us scale our global customer base. Your Mission: You will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and closing B2B clients in international markets who are looking for outsourced marketing and sales execution teams. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Lead Generation Identify high-potential companies across UAE, US, and other regions (e.g., manufacturing, SaaS, engineering services) Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc., to build ICP-based lead lists Coordinate with internal data research team (if available) for hyper-targeted outreach Outreach & Engagement: Run cold outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, cold email, and WhatsApp (where applicable) Customize messaging based on industry, designation, and region Build curiosity and set up discovery calls with decision-makers Closures: Understand client pain points and pitch MOTM's RevOps services as a solution Conduct online meetings with clients, showcase presentations, and share relevant case studies Build proposals in collaboration with the Founder and delivery team Pipeline & Closure: Maintain CRM for lead stages, follow-ups, and proposal tracking Drive leads toward closure with urgency and rapport Ensure onboarding hand-off to delivery and account team after deal closure What are looking for: B2B Sales Experience,25 years of experience selling to international clients (UAE, US, UK, etc.), Service or SaaS SalesExperience in selling monthly retainers or long-term service contracts, Outbound Sales ExperienceHands-on experience with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and cold emailing Proposal & PitchingAbility to build and present pitch decks, proposals, and negotiate contracts Lead Generation ToolsFamiliarity with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. Reporting & CRM ManagementExperience using CRMs to manage pipeline, meetings, and follow-ups English Communication SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication (client-facing level) Industry Exposure (Preferred)Engineering, Industrial Products, B2B SaaS, Export-focused companies
