Responsibilities

• Support During Development Trials: Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams during development trials to evaluate electric powertrain systems.
• Ensure DVP Compliance: Ensure that Design Verification Plan (DVP) activities are conducted at the supplier end in accordance with company standards and requirements.
• Critical Safety and Performance Tests: Lead the planning and execution of critical safety and performance tests on electric powertrain systems.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test data and results to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in electric powertrain systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize test methodologies, streamline testing processes, and enhance test equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7-8 years of experience in electric powertrain systems, with a focus on vehicle evaluation and testing.
• Strong understanding of electric vehicle components, including motors, inverters, batteries, and drivetrain systems.
• Experience in conducting Design Verification Plan (DVP) activities and compliance verification.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations for electric powertrain systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
