> Prepare and maintain Production Painting documentation as per project/client guidelines.
>Conduct blasting and painting quality checks including profile check, salt contamination check, WFT & DFT measurements, and adhesion tests.>Perform surface cleanliness checks as per SSPC/NACE standards (e.g., SSPC-SP 10, SP 6).>Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including PPE usage, confined space entry, and hot work permits.>Maintain accurate records of blasting, painting, and inspection activities.>Adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures.>Identify coating defects (e.g., pinholes, sags, runs) and coordinate touch-ups/rework.>Perform abrasive blasting (grit/sand/shot blasting) to prepare metal surfaces.>Verify qualifications and certifications of painting and blasting crew.
