As an Instrumentation Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in Detailed Engineering, your role will involve various responsibilities including: - Conducting a detailed study of Tender Documents and preparing specifications and datasheets for PLC, Instruments, Flow Elements, Cable Tray, Instrument Cables, JB, and Third-Party Communication. - Reviewing P&IDs and preparing Instrument Schedule/Index/IO List, Instrument Hook up Drawing, and BOQ for Hook Up material. - Finalizing Drive Control Philosophy/Wiring Schemes for PLC Interface and conducting UPS Sizing Calculation. - Preparing Instrument Cable Racks and Tray Layout, as well as Instrument Earthing Layouts. - Creating Cable and Interconnection Schedules for Water Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, and Effluent Treatment Plant. - Evaluating techno-commercial offers from vendors for various equipment and materials. - Participating in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of PLC Panels at Vendor works. - Attending project review meetings, addressing technical queries from clients and vendors, and providing support for I&C System Installation and commissioning. - Working on multiple projects in an EPC environment within project timelines with minimal supervision. - Demonstrating knowledge of ISA standards and proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD.
