As a Senior Engineer - Roads at Ramboll, your role will involve providing Basic and Detail Engineering and Basic Drafting support for technically challenging projects, with a focus on Roads/Highways design and knowledge in Openroads. Your responsibilities will include creating 2D drawings, 3D models, ensuring technical quality of work, and compliance with project objectives and quality standards. Your qualifications should include a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Performing basic and detail Geometric Design of Roads. - 3D Modelling and 2D drawing production (basic). - QA/QC to verify design methodology, calculations, outcomes, etc. for on-time project deliveries with desired quality. - Analyzing, learning, discovering, documenting, and reporting. - Working collaboratively within a team environment. - Managing a small team of Jr Engineers and CAD Technicians. - Being a software-driven individual who enjoys exploring new commands and developing new tools. - Possessing BIM competence, especially a good command on either Navisworks/Infraworks, which is an added advantage. - Preference for exposure to projects in the Dannish region. Qualifications: - B.E/B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institute, M.E/M. Tech desirable. - 5 to 8 years of experience. - Sound Knowledge of Geometric Design of Roads, 3D Modelling, etc. - Very good knowledge of Dannish Codes. Understanding of design codes like Euro Code/DMRB/AASHTO/any other international standards desirable. - Intermediate to Advanced skills in Open Roads software, knowledge of Inrods/Civil3d is an added advantage. - Knowledge of related software like AutoTURN/AutoTrack/Pathplanner desirable. - Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD/Microstation for preparing drawings. - Good communication skills for professional English language proficiency (written and verbal). - Exposure to an international work environment.
