Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise the maintenance activity related to production and electrical equipment.
Provide the relevant technical inputs, & guidance to workmen. Continuously take care of onsite supervision of work.
Diagnose machinery problems. Perform and supervise maintenance related repairs.
Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment. Analysing the causes following scientific approach & take permanent corrective actions for resolution.
Checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures for defects for immediate troubleshooting or replacement as needed.
Plan required Inhouse service activities & External AMCs. Planning & preparing spare parts requirement for the existing equipments.
Knowledge of keeping, Maintaining ISO documents of PLE
Maintenance data management through ERP

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and Electrical & Communication with 5 to 8 years experience
