Engineer/Senior Engineer- Commissioning

As a Test and Commissioning Technician at KONE, your role involves ensuring safety on site by implementing good safety practices and managing on-site communication with customers for day-to-day testing and commissioning activities. Your responsibilities include: - Testing the unit in compliance with codes and standards to ensure mechanical and electrical safety, meeting internal and external KONE quality standards, and ensuring the unit functions according to contractual requirements. - Commissioning equipment based on agreed specifications and commissioning instructions. - Conducting final inspections, signing final inspection documents, and participating in notified bodies or consultant inspections and customer handovers as needed. - Identifying installation quality issues and deviations for corrective actions, reporting them to the Field Supervisor, and actively participating in quality working groups to address technical issues and improve based on snag lists. - Applying lean principles to minimize work interruptions and consistently following and promoting huddle initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant experience in testing and commissioning activities - Knowledge of codes and standards related to the industry - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to identify and address installation quality issues - Experience in working collaboratively in a team environment KONE is committed to fostering an innovative and collaborative working culture where each individual's contribution is valued.
