This is NOT a Hybrid or WFH opportunity . We need strong a Technical Lead candidate for this position. Candidate should be from Good engineering colleges like IIT, BITS Excellent communication skills Should have been hold a Lead position for 3 -4 years Overall Exp 10 yrs Look for best candidates available in market. Location- Pune / Blore ( any DC) The JD is as below Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and secure software systems across web, mobile, and cloud platforms. Architect and implement full-stack solutions using C#/Python , and modern mobile frameworks. Guide mobile development (native iOS and Android or cross-platform) and integrate with back-end services and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features. Drive technical decisions and own technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals. Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and knowledge-sharing. Establish and enforce coding best practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and code quality standards. Design and manage cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure or AWS), with a focus on scalability and performance. Proactively identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. Proven expertise in C# (.NET Core) and Python for backend services. Strong knowledge of mobile development native (Swift/Kotlin) or cross-platform (React Native, Flutter). Solid understanding of cloud services and architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience with system design, distributed systems, and modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture). Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT), and backend integration. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Blazor) is a plus. Proficiency in Git, CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps principles.
