As an Engineering Recruiter/ Non-IT Recruiter (US Staffing) at Avacend, your role will involve sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews for engineering and non-IT positions. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with source compliance documents, conducting background verification, releasing offers, and sharing resumes with the specified email address. This position is based at TICEL Park, Taramani, Chennai, India, and requires you to work in-office only. The work week follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with the shift timing set as night shift from 19:00 to 04:00 Hrs IST.
