Engineering Manager / Technical Architect

Role Overview: As the Engineering Manager for the Web Team at VT Netzwelt Pvt. Ltd., you will lead the team in delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable web solutions for global clients. Your responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day engineering operations, collaborating with the Delivery team, and mentoring engineers for their career growth. Key Responsibilities: - Drive adoption of best coding practices and conduct peer code reviews - Facilitate technical evaluations and promote modern DevOps principles - Develop scalable distributed systems using Serverless, Microservices, and Hybrid architectures - Collaborate with Solution Architects for optimal system design and architecture - Monitor key engineering metrics for continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of web development experience with 3+ years in team lead or engineering management role - Strong technical foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, NestJS, or similar technologies Additional Company Details: Joining VT Netzwelt Pvt.
