Engineering Manager (Sr. Python Developer)

As a Manager - Software Engineering (Python Developer) with 5-8 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to lead and mentor a dynamic development team in the creation of high-quality tech products aimed at enhancing the learning journey for global learners. Your duties will include overseeing the development and enhancement of platform modules, writing efficient and maintainable code adhering to best practices, conducting code reviews to ensure deliverable quality, troubleshooting and resolving software issues, optimizing application performance, and guiding the team on scalability best practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless feature integration and mentor team members to foster a culture of learning and excellence. Documentation of code, technical specifications, and project requirements will also be part of your role.
