As a Manager- Software Engineering Enterprise at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the software development team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate effectively with global teams, including leadership at Palo Alto HQ. Moreover, you will be part of the first batch of the team in India to collaborate with Global teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a team of 6 members and oversee their day-to-day activities - Utilize your 3 years of experience in managing software development teams effectively - Demonstrate your 3+ years of experience with multi-model collaboration, including in-office, hybrid, and collaboration across time zones - Apply your 10+ years of software development experience to drive innovation and efficiency within the team - Utilize your 8+ years of programming experience in Java to contribute to the development process - Leverage your 5+ years of experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript to create user-friendly interfaces - Develop or use facing RESTful APIs with your 5+ years of experience in this area - Showcase your expertise in data modeling and developing schemas using relational databases, XML, and JSON - Utilize your experience with AWS to enhance the software development process - Plan and deliver software projects effectively with your 5+ years of experience in this domain **Qualifications Required:** - 10-12 years of relevant experience in software engineering - Strong experience in healthcare domain along with LIMS (experience in LIMS can be relaxed for a strong candidate from a healthcare background) This is a unique opportunity for an experienced software engineering professional to lead a dynamic team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in a global setting.
