Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  
• Drive end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to deployment.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, architecture, and QA.
  
• Ensure engineering best practices are followed (coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD).
  
• Architect and design scalable, secure, and performant applications.
  
• Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and career development planning for team members.
  

Mandatory Skills:

• .NET (C#) development

  Strong experience in designing and building enterprise applications.

• Microsoft Azure

  – Hands-on experience with cloud-native development, services like Azure Functions, App Services, Azure DevOps, and security.

• C++

  – Solid understanding and experience with system-level programming and performance optimization.
