Collaboration with product, design, and data teams is essential to deliver solutions that make a difference. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hire, build, grow, and nurture impactful business-focused data teams - Drive the technical and strategic vision for embedded pods and foundational enablers - Continuously improve data architecture and development processes - Plan for both short-term quick wins and long-term strategy and engineering excellence - Collaborate with stakeholders, external partners, and peer data leaders - Ensure reliability and quality are prioritized in all aspects of development **Qualifications Required:** - B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or equivalent - 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies - 3+ years of hands-on management experience - Proficiency in React, RESTful APIs/gRPC, SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Python/Kotlin/Go - Experience in building large-scale microservice-based architectures on cloud services like AWS - Exceptional communication and leadership skills - Strong understanding and application of AI solutions, using LLMs in the data space This position offers you the opportunity to lead a team in developing cutting-edge web applications while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
