Role Overview: As a Software Engineering Manager at the company, you will play a crucial role in not only providing technical leadership in major projects but also managing a team of engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Software Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Provide technical expertise to support complex projects, aiming to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reduce manual effort. - Define and drive the team's technical strategy and roadmap, making strong technical judgments aligned with fleet infrastructure engineering goals. - Automate complex system administration tasks and eliminate repetitive work. - Efficiently manage project priorities and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). - 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role. - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred. - Experience in infrastructure, including Cloud, with excellent technical judgment. - Track record of successfully working with remote or geographically distributed teams. - Ability to support complex projects, with the goals of improving efficiency, scalability, and reducing manual effort.,
