Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Engineering Manager with expertise in Embedded Firmware to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and developing embedded firmware projects, with 7-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and develop embedded firmware for various devices and systems.
Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and test embedded firmware.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure high-quality embedded firmware.
Troubleshoot and debug issues related to embedded firmware development.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and design principles.
Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and assembly language.
Knowledge of microcontrollers and digital electronics.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
