Engineering Manager / Dev Ops Lead

Joining us as an Engineering Manager / Dev Ops Lead, you will assume a pivotal role in overseeing a talented team of software engineers, DevOps engineers, and Security engineers. Your responsibilities will involve leading and managing the team, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, developing and executing project plans, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning, as well as ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure software products that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a collaborative environment. - Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements and timelines. - Develop and execute project plans to deliver software products on time and within budget. - Drive the adoption of cloud computing best practices and implement security measures to protect sensitive data. - Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and costs, proactively identifying optimization opportunities. - Recruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent while promoting a diverse and inclusive team culture. Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud platform development, and management. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven leadership experience in a software development environment. - Strong technical background in cloud computing, including hands-on experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools, configuration management, containerization technologies, and orchestration frameworks.
