Engineering Leader - DevOps

As a Senior Engineering Leader (DevSecOps), you play a crucial role in leading DevSecOps transformations for large-scale organizations. With over 15 years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering, you bring a wealth of technical expertise to the table. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expertise in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Spinnaker, Tekton, and ArgoCD. - Utilize hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & configuration management tools like Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, and Ansible. - Showcase deep knowledge of container orchestration & Kubernetes including EKS, AKS, GKE, and OpenShift. - Possess a strong understanding of API security, IAM, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, ABAC, and Secrets Management. - Drive Salesforce DevOps initiatives, release automation, and metadata-driven CI/CD workflows. - Exhibit expertise in multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMware Tanzu. - Utilize advanced knowledge of DevSecOps security tools such as SAST, DAST, SBOM, IAST, RASP, and CSPM. - Implement progressive delivery techniques including feature flags, canary releases, and chaos engineering. - Showcase hands-on experience with event-driven architectures, service mesh, and API management. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering. - Proficiency in CI/CD tools, IaC, configuration management, container orchestration, API security, and Salesforce DevOps. - Expertise in multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures, DevSecOps security tools, and progressive delivery techniques. - Strong problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication, documentation, and storytelling skills. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of leading large-scale DevSecOps transformations across multiple teams, influencing senior executives, shaping technology roadmaps, and mentoring engineering talent at scale.
