To excel in this role, you should have experience with: - Hands-on experience as an Engineering Lead in Java, Cloud, CI/CD, and AI tech stack. - Proficiency in Project Management, Program/Dependency Management, Stakeholder Management, and Collaboration. - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design using Java or any other Language, with extensive experience in Java 21. - Hands-on experience in JEE frameworks such as Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JPA, or other ORM frameworks. - Expertise in Microservices/REST endpoints Architecture, including Service Discovery, Load Balancing, and Resiliency. - In-depth knowledge of Messaging concepts and technologies like Active MQ/RabbitMQ. - Familiarity with DevOps concepts, Open-source cloud technologies (AWS, OpenShift), and Authentication protocols such as OAuth and OAuth 2. - Experience with Build tools like Maven/Gradle, DevOps tools like Gitlab Pipelines, and AI/Gen AI use cases. Highly valued skills may include: - Enterprise Containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift. - Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD), using tools like Junit and Mockito. - Proficiency in Code Scan tools like SonarQube, Veracode, Prisma Scan. - Experience with API development and integration with third-party vendors. In this role based in Pune, IN, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving software using various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues.
