Engineering Lead

Role & responsibilities Position Overview: As an Engineering Lead, you will be a senior technical leader responsible for managing and guiding software development and testing teams. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders while driving technical excellence and innovation across the organization. Preferred candidate profile Required Technical Skills Software Development & Architecture Expertise in full-stack development (Frontend: React.js, Next.js | Backend: Node.js, Ruby on Rails, .Net). Strong experience in system design, microservices, and distributed systems. Proficiency in event-driven architectures, background job orchestration, and caching strategies. Deep knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices. Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud strategies. Quality & Performance Engineering Experience in security compliance testing and accessibility standards. Hands-on experience with observability, logging, and monitoring tools. Ability to drive resilience engineering and fault-tolerant system design. Team & Project Management Tools Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, and Agile methodologies. Experience in resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Strong ability to track progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Qualifications & Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership. Proven experience in leading development and testing teams. Strong expertise in full-stack development, system design, and cloud computing. Experience in mentoring engineers, setting technical standards, and driving best practices. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
