Engineering Lead Analyst (React JS & Node JS)

The Engineering Lead Analyst position is a senior-level role where you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Leadership and Product team. Your main objective will be to lead developers, conduct applications systems analysis, hands-on programming activities, lead deployment, and promote the growth of engineering practices. You will be expected to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise throughout the software development lifecycle and collaborate continuously with stakeholders. Leading a group of developers through sprint and release cycles, you will work with multiple management teams to ensure the integration of functions in order to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements. As the Engineering Lead Analyst, you will design, develop, and engineer solutions within an Agile software delivery team. You will review code developed by other developers, provide feedback to ensure best practices, and lead the design, documentation, and development of enterprise applications using the latest technologies and software design patterns. Additionally, you will take ownership of assigned initiatives and products, ensuring they are completed as expected. Technical Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in Jira Cloud administration - 10+ years of professional experience in React, Typescript, and NodeJS - Proficiency in RESTful APIs, data modeling, and software engineering best practices - Experience with Data Structures and Object-Oriented Principles in NodeJS - Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, managing workloads effectively Qualifications: - 13+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role - Experience in Financial Services or a large complex/global environment - Project Management experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of project aspects - Proven track record of operational process change and improvement Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Jira Cloud enhancements and certifications - Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Manager - Track record of simplifying technical solutions into business requirements This is a full-time position in the Technology job family group, focusing on Systems & Engineering.
