Engineering Head - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

Position Overview :We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, particularly in AI/ML and Generative AI, and will be hands-on in contributing to the development process. This role will be key in driving the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of our cutting-edge platform. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. - Oversee the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems for the KonProz GPT platform. - Drive technical innovation and ensure that engineering practices meet the highest standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals. - Stay current with AI/ML trends and incorporate best practices into the platform. - Contribute hands-on coding when necessary and mentor the engineering team. - Lead the engineering team in delivering scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions. - Ensure the product meets legal, tax, and regulatory requirements with in-depth knowledge of these sectors. Qualifications : - 6 to 7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and related technologies. - Proven experience managing engineering teams while remaining technically involved. - Proficiency in Python (must-have). - Familiarity with Java, Go, and R (preferred). - Strong understanding of frontend technologies, particularly Next.js. - Experience with backend technologies, specifically Node.js. - Knowledge of authentication systems like Auth0. - Experience with server and database technologies, especially AWS and Firestore. - Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and deployment practices. - Good knowledge of the legal, tax, and regulatory sectors in India. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
