As the company aims to redefine Employee Communications through cutting-edge technology like AI, it is seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Engineering and Product Operations Engineer/Analyst to join its team. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence across engineering and product teams by utilizing tools such as Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Jellyfish, and Pendo. The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting and interpreting data from these systems to generate actionable insights that support efficient product development and timely releases aligned with the organizational roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Tool Ownership & Data Extraction: Manage key platforms to extract relevant operational and product data. - Insight Generation: Analyze engineering and product metrics to identify trends and root causes affecting delivery velocity, quality, and roadmap alignment. - Operational Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for team performance, product usage, and delivery health. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Product Managers to translate data into insights and recommend actions for team efficiency and product outcomes. - Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in workflows and propose data-driven improvements. - Communication & Storytelling: Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with best practices in engineering/product operations and analytics tooling. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in engineering or product operations, data analytics, or related roles. - Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Jellyfish, and Pendo. - Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets. - Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools. - Understanding of software development and product management processes. - Excellent communication skills and experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail. Nice-to-Haves: - Familiarity with SQL or scripting languages for data analysis. - Experience in SaaS or product-led growth environments. - Exposure to OKR frameworks and performance measurement systems.
