Engineering Analyst

As a Technology employee at Standard Chartered in Chennai, your role involves suggesting improvements in internal processes and collaborating with various teams to achieve project milestones. Your key responsibilities include: - Suggesting areas for improvement in internal processes and proposing solutions. - Working closely with Program, Remote Project Management Teams & Scrum masters to achieve key milestones, deliverables, and track progress for successful project delivery. - Communicating effectively with System Development/Technology teams to establish suitable solutions meeting business requirements. - Supporting the testing team as needed to ensure product quality. Your skills and experience should include: - Knowledge of ISO20022, CBPR+, & HVPS. - Proficiency in Java, Springboot, and Microservice Architecture. - Familiarity with Fraud Surveillance platforms is advantageous. - Analytical ability to troubleshoot issues and follow through on handoffs to other internal teams. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience in collaborating with geographically diverse teams globally. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
