inverters, transformers, switchgear, and grid integration.

• Focus on designing scalable, cost-effective maintenance solutions that can be implemented at site level.

increasing energy production, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.

• Ensure that solar plants adhere to the highest safety standards and regulatory compliance, while also creating

a culture of safety in all electrical engineering processes.

• Embrace the digital transformation in solar plants by implementing smart technologies, automation, and

advanced monitoring systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and operate electrical systems in solar power

plants, including inverters, transformers, switchgear, and

power distribution systems.

Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of electrical

components within the solar plant, detecting and

responding to any performance issues or abnormalities.

Assist in tracking the plant's energy output, ensuring it

meets performance targets and identifying areas for

optimization.

Assist in the planning and execution of preventive

maintenance schedules for electrical components (e.g.,

inverters, transformers, switchgear).

Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of

Help collect and analyze data related to the plants

electrical systems, including energy generation, load

distribution, and system efficiency.

Ensure that all electrical operations and maintenance

activities adhere to safety protocols, industry standards,

and local regulations. Support the development and

implementation of safety procedures related to electrical

systems within the solar power plant. Participate in safety

audits and risk assessments, ensuring a safe working

environment for all personnel.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities,

including work orders, inspections, and repairs. Provide

regular updates to supervisors on the status of electrical

systems, including any issues that require attention or

corrective actions.

Work closely with the construction, engineering, SCM to

ensure smooth coordination and integration of electrical

systems

Cross functional

Desired Experience and Competencies:

• B.Tech in electrical engineering or related field

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience

• Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.

• Ability to interact with international stakeholders, vendors and technology service providers.

• Expert in computer skills- MS-Office, PVSyst is a plus

• Knowledge of solar energy system (Solar Inverters, PV modules, Transformers
