Description
Responsibilities Trace equipment & machines maintenance. Bug fixing for system & ensuring production is up & running. Immediate incidence attending, responding & resolving issue. Coordination with internal departments, supplier & customers. Executing POC (proof of concept) on technical & process aspects. Technical specification finalization Equipments. Shift Handing. Skill Sets Technical Skills: Understanding automation & process system concept & POC. PLC, MCU, Scanner, camera, printer and other technical devices integration, configuration & issue handling. Solid understanding of computer programming and software development. Solid understanding & experience in PLC, Robot, NC controller, MCU programming and software development. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests. Proficiency in maintaining automation equipment. Excellent in electrical design, wiring, testing & troubleshooting. Technical knowledge on mechanical functions. Experience on different kinds of communication protocol (ethernet, profinet, modbus, serial communication, TCP IP & Etc.). Personal or Other Skills: Procurement & strong supplier coordination. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests. Excellent way of communication. Good listener. Good behaviour. Strong analytical skills Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. A desire to continually upgrade technical knowledge. Good knowledge in executing safety.
