Stencils, Assembly Jigs & Fixtures, Wave pallets, Special Purpose Jigs, Press Fit Jig, Dip Solder Jig) required in manufacturing along with its Cost and Materials used. Also ability to evaluate internal development compared with EMS partners according to the requirements. Use Knowledge and/or expertise of PCB fabrication of 2-layer and Multi-layer boards to help execute PCB DFM & Manufacturing and NRE requirements for PCB, PCBA and EV Vehicle Module development. Gerber Reviews – Should have knowledge of Fabrication and Assembly layers, use the tool to handle TQ’s, Working Gerber Comparison & Check plot verification to enhance detection at early stage itself. Ensure MBoM, BoP, PFD, Work instructions, Maintenance guidelines are delivered by the team to the corresponding EMS Vendors & Advanced in DFA,DFM,DFT&FMEA(Design, Process & Equipment) Working with vendors in communicating requirements, reviewing designs and line setup at vendor places. Ability to predict/or forecast manufacturing cycle times and yield to meet the TAKT and OEE requirements Testing & Validation of Electrical Vehicle Modules like Motor, Controller, BMS & Battery for Functional, Performance, Environmental, Durability. Lead for Electrical Vehicle Testing & Proto development Group and Assembly process on PCBs & PCBAs & Moduls. Test Plan and DVP finalization for EV Projects EV specific Test Equipment / Infrastructure development for testing & validation & good Understanding gerbers 4G, GNSS,WIFI,BT,Wireless protocol testing.
