Advanced Technology Products (ATP) business unit providing high-precision parts solutions for electronic components. ATP is green field project with 400 acre site and is on the cusp of creating the manufacturing growth history in the country. Project is part of selected few Indian companies working with Global customers to rewrite the Indian manufacturing landscape. Job Title- Lead Engineer/Deputy Manager Responsibilities Having 8+ years of IT experience on Servers, storage, Backup administration. Datacentre management, VMware 8, 7.5, Vcenter, HA, Vmotion, DRS, Hyper V. Knowledge on designing IT architecture setup for connecting multiple office locations. AD, GPO, DFS, DHCP, DNS, DHCP, Migration, Backup & Restore. File server permission assignment, quota management. Antivirus management (Sophos) and windows Patch management. Knowledge on cloud server management Storage management (Dell EMC storage is an advantage). volume creation, resizing volumes, assigning volume to data stores. Backup Management (Commvault backup solution is an advantage) and Data Replication. Design, install and configure servers, network devices and firewalls. Knowledge on incidents tickets, service requests, asset management, change management via helpdesk tool. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat, or email. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Proven Experience on Patch Management, Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing. Skill Sets Strong leadership and communication skills. Learning skills, problem analyzing and solving. Customer service orientation, adaptability, team interaction, planning and organizing. Ability to manage technical team. Indicative Years of Experience- 6 to 9 Years of experience in Server Administration Educational Background Bachelor degree in computer science preferred. Certification of MCSE, VMware VCP-DCV, Azure/AWS Foundation. ITIL and Azure certification are advantage. Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing server support.
