Job Description

The Engineer Technical Support - L2 will provide advanced technical support for Nutanix products and solutions. You must possess a strong understanding of Nutanix architecture and VMware technologies to effectively troubleshoot complex issues and deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include providing Level 2 technical support for Nutanix products, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and reliability. It is crucial to document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and technical documentation, and participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new technologies and product features. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance. The working shift is during the day, and the preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in technical support and a total work experience of 1 year. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
