About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Engineer – Tech Support to join our team at Prudent Technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues reported by customers.
• Respond to support tickets, calls, or emails and guide customers with solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
• Monitor and maintain system health, performing routine maintenance to prevent issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues or implement upgrades.
• Use ticketing systems to manage support requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Qualification: BCA or B.Tech.
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge (software & hardware), database and scripting.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays.
