Must Have Skills

should have handled maintenance of Autoclaves, filling machine, depyrogenation tunnel, Mixing & Holding vessels and other injectables plant equipment

Roles and Responsibility :

• Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to increase machine up-time/ equipment reliability.
• Identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting techniques.
• Preparation of user requirement specification for the Plant machineries.
• Ensuring the maintenance & calibration activities as per schedule.
• Liaising with the suppliers for technical inputs of machinery, up gradation, spares and for better services.
• Reviewing and verifying department SOPs and QMS procedure and up gradation of the same.
• Ensuring uninterrupted engineering services to all plants.
• Ensuring attendance of breakdown of plant machinery & availability of machines to user as early as possible without deviating cGMP norms.
• Executing energy saving & other cost saving measures with suitable modification in maintenance practices.
• Co-ordinate with quality Assurance team for GMP audits.
• Competency development towards JD for the team
• Coordination with Cross functional departments and within Engineering department sections and support as necessary
• Attending AET meetings and closure of all actions on time
• Supporting Project activities
• Supporting for qualification activities
• Ensuring the EHSS requirements in the area of accountability
• Performing RCA for the Major breakdowns and action plans
• Tracking and improving on MTTR and MTBF of Equipment
• Facility Maintenance in line with the cGMP and EHSS requirements
• Tracking of all job orders and completing on time
• Managing of critical spares and implementation of stores effectiveness
• Participating in kaizens and 5S
• Focus on continuous improvement activities
