Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Process Management

As part of our team, you will be responsible for handling investigation, request, release, and basic design requests for various projects related to motors. Your main focus will be on Motors as a product for aftermarket, but you may also be involved in projects related to new products. You will collaborate with colleagues from different departments and external counterparts to provide technical proposals, create retro-fitment kits, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs and drawings for Compressors products at different divisions of Atlas Copco worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve engineering requests for Motor Xchange from various teams worldwide - Create retro-fitment kits for proposed changes in Motor exchange - Provide solutions based on changes in regulations for different countries - Work on creating kits for various motor-related products to be supplied in the market - Prepare Bill of Material, schematic drawings, and instructions for engineering changes - Independently work on projects assigned to you, finalize output drawings, and design parts as per scope requirements - Produce and check 3D assembly and 2D drawings - Handle design tasks for projects and interact with project leaders and customers to discuss proposed designs Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience - Strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and knowledge of Engineering drawings - Design thinking and basic electrical concepts required for Motor exchange - Knowledge of servicing Compressors would be an added advantage - Pragmatic approach to effective planning and organization of work - Eagerness to learn, share knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with knowledge of PowerBI and Power Automate as a plus Join us in a culture known for respectful interaction, ethical behavior, and integrity.
