Centum’s unique microelectronics capability enables the development of lightweight, high-reliability electronics for onboard applications What You'll Do (Job Role) Development of firmware in C and C++ in embedded systems. Design and verification of firmware/embedded software on Windows/Linux platforms. Development of firmware/software drivers, API’s and algorithms. Experience with assembly level and C language development including the tools used to edit, compile/assemble and debug code in an embedded environment Develop the software that manages electronic devices. Good written and verbal communication skills Good planning and organization skills Who You Are: Knowledge of serial interfaces and peripherals (I2S, I2C, SPI, ADCs, DACs). Knowledge of GCC compiler/linker and debugging tools on Windows/Linux platform Exposure to the Agile process and best-practice methods for developing high quality software. Good Knowledge of communication protocols TCP/IP, security protocols and UDP. Should possess relevant experience with embedded firmware development and a demonstrated track record of innovation. Possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Software Design. Educational Background BE/B Tech in Electronics & Communications or ME/M Tech with Solid experience in C/C++ programming for embedded systems. Work Location: Bangalore (Yelahanka New Town)
