Engineer / Senior Engineer - Digitalization

Role Overview: As a Digital Solutions Manager at Ammann India, you will be responsible for identifying new cutting-edge digital technologies to enhance business processes. You will lead the design and implementation of digital solutions, managing the entire project lifecycle alongside business stakeholders. Your role will also involve managing technological risks for each digital project in collaboration with the IT team, particularly in areas such as Cyber Security and Access Management. Additionally, you will spearhead Business Intelligence (BI) development for various processes and serve as the super user/administrator for applications like SAP, Salesforce, and Dynamic 365. Coordinating project application preparation and approvals for each IT/digital project will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new digital technologies to enhance business processes and manage ideas from incubation to sustenance - Design and lead the implementation cycle of digital solutions for the unit in collaboration with business stakeholders - Manage technological risks for each digital project alongside the IT team, including Cyber Security and Access Management - Lead Business Intelligence (BI) development for various processes - Act as the super user/administrator for SAP, Salesforce, and Dynamic 365 applications - Coordinate project application preparation and approvals for each IT/digital project Qualifications Required: - Engineering Graduate with 5-7 years of industrial experience in the IT/Digital/Automation field (CSE/IT preferred) - Minimum of 3-4 years of functional experience working with SAP systems - Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA, Industrial IoT, cloud architecture and operating models (Azure preferred), data modeling and Machine Learning (Python optional), SQL and Power BI, RPA technologies - Functional Skills: Project Management, Design thinking/Stage Gate process (Basic Knowledge) Additional Company Details: Ammann India, as a subsidiary of Ammann BauAusrstung AG (ABA), is a global leader in construction equipment with a rich heritage dating back to 1869.
