Engineer-Run-Off

**Role Overview:** As a Test Engineer at Milacron, your main job function will involve testing Injection Molding Machines (IMM) and carrying out improvement activities such as Zoning and 5S related tasks. You will be responsible for Gemba monitoring in alignment with manufacturing requirements and business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Test the IMM according to customer requirements and design specifications. - Ensure timely delivery of P & P machines. - Lead 5S improvements in the zone area by coordinating with Zone leaders. - Conduct kaizen activities for product improvements and cost reductions. - Develop SOPs and run off procedures as necessary. - Maintain the upkeep of Run off instruments. - Enter labor entries in the system. - Create Part Deviation Forms (PDF). - Assist in training trainee Engineers and juniors in troubleshooting. - Regularly revise check sheets. - Drive productivity improvements to meet yearly targets through process enhancements. **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma in Plastics or Diploma in Mechanical. - 2-4 years of experience in testing Injection Molding machines. - Preferred qualifications: BE/BTech in Mechanical or Diploma in Electrical. **About the Company:** Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution, and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
