Engineer Planning

The job involves scheduling and coordinating the flow of work and information within or between operation, maintenance, and technical departments. You will be responsible for planning and ensuring external interactions and visits for CBM O&M. Additionally, you will coordinate the scheduling of meetings and assign responsibilities for specific tasks. It is essential to coordinate critical O&M issues with other service departments and confer with department heads to determine the progress of work. You will compile reports regarding the progress of work and downtime due to failures of machines and equipment to update senior management. Moreover, you will be responsible for preparing the O&M budget and submitting it for approval in a timely manner. You will coordinate with the subsurface and project teams on O&M issues and work collaboratively with the Reservoir, D&C, LAQ, and security teams to promote teamwork, information sharing, and mutual support. Furthermore, you will interface with contractors and third parties. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university. Hands-on experience with MS Office is required. Candidates must have experience in handling planning functions for a major oil and gas production project. An excellent knowledge of industry codes, practices, applicable legislation, and international standards is necessary. A minimum of 4-5 years of working experience in the upstream (E&P) Oil/Gas industry in planning functions is required.,
