Dept ; Maintenance Designation - Engg. Job Descriptions ; Responsibilities: To make a plan for Internal Audit and Conduct Audit as per Plan. To make a plan for Product & Process Audit and Conduct Audit as per Plan. To make a Plan for Internal MOM and conduct MOM with help of Top Mgt. To prepare document of ISO9001:2015 Audit. To prepare document of Mace Audit (VSA). Support for Customer Audit, third Party Audit and Internal Audit. Prepare Master List of Documents.` Maintain Control of documents. & Documents issue and Revision History maintain. Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented. To prepare document of Customer create MOM and reply with evidence. To insure all document under him have timely updated as per system/Management required To review on all project requirements (CFT Based) in line with Customer Milestones. Provide training on Quality issues. Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents. Providing Training to Operator to reduced & control on rejection & rework. Daily RED BIN analysis of process to control rejection & rework. To insure only required instrument/gauges in required quantity & calibration systemic arranged at reach & every process under him. To Prepared SPC, MSA, PPAP, WI Producers, Audit Report. Prepared all Related Chart to Quality: - Pareto Chart,Scatter Diagram, PPM sheet, Quality Alert, WI, and SOP etc. To insure prevention of NC products forwarded to next process as well as customer. To Work at Cost of Poor Quality. Responsible for maintaining 5s. Implementation of various KAIZEN &POKA-YOKA. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Risk Management: Identify and assess quality-related risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and control risks to minimize their impact on quality. Qualifications & Exp. : Diploma in Electrical / ITI Fitter or a related field. ITI Fitter will be preferred. Min. 3+ years of experience in quality maintenance, preferably in Plastic Industry. *Mandatory. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Proficiency in quality management software.
